DPMP® workshops have been in high demand for the past eight years, but Michelle has been unable to provide workshops in all the places requested. For this reason, she brings her workshop recording no matter where you live you can watch it at your convenience. Whether you are an IFS practitioner/therapist or client, the DPMP® will assist with creating a coherent narrative, deepening integration, forming respectful and healthy relationships with your parts, accruing less burdens, gaining microscopic and macroscopic views of your system, and augmenting spiritual awakening (or provide you with ways to help your clients systems in these ways).

This workshop will include an overview of each tool and with focus on the DPMP® meditation, Parts Mapping, and Parts Catalogue Cards through experiential exercises, guided meditation and sharing.
