Learning Objectives:
A. Participants will be able to identify the 4 Goals of IFS:
1. Liberation of parts from their extreme roles;
2. Restoration of parts’ trust in Self;
3. Coordination and re-harmonization Self and the parts so they can work together as a Self-led team;
4. Self-led activism.
B. Participants will be able to identify and distinguish Self from parts.
C. Participants will be able to speak for rather than from parts.
Your teachers:
Nancy Morgan, PhD, is a Level 3 Certified IFS Therapist and Consultant. She is a licensed clinical psychologist in private practice in the San Francisco Bay Area and is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Oregon. Nancy has worked for over twenty five years with adults impacted by the effects of adverse childhood experiences.
Michelle Glass, CIFSP, is a Level 3 Certified IFS Practitioner with 17 years of IFS experience. She is the creator of Daily Parts Meditation Practice™: A Journey of Embodied Integration for Clients and Therapists and provides workshops around the world. Michelle has a private practice in Eugene, Oregon. Additionally, she is a SoulCollage® facilitator and was the Foundation for Self Leadership’s Editor for the magazine OUTLOOK for seven years.
