“Heal yourself, with beautiful love, and always remember, you are the medicine.” ~ María Sabina Magdalena García
Psilocybin-Assisted Facilitation
I provide Self-led Psilocybin-Assisted Facilitation at Mandala Journey Work in Eugene, OR and Cora Center in Portland, OR.
What to Expect:
- Initial free 30-minute Zoom call to discuss your needs, hopes, and my services to see if we are a good fit.
- Schedule dates of preparation, journey, and integration sessions to secure our work.
- One Intake and Preparation Session* to complete all Oregon Health Authority (OHA) forms and to begin process of preparing for the journey. This is generally between 90 – 120 minutes long.
- Up to two additional one-hour Preparation Sessions* to express your intentions, concerns, and needs so that you feel ready for the psychedelic journey.
- Journey Day is when you will take the psilocybin mushrooms. The range of time for this day is between approximately 4 – 6 hours.
- Up to three one-hour Integration Sessions* to process your journey. (1st integration is typically the morning after your journey.)
* Preparation and Integration Sessions can be done in-person or online.
Psilocybin Preparation Sessions
Following the review of your OHA intake forms we begin to prepare for your journey. In these sessions you can share your personal history, reasons for wanting a psilocybin journey, and any concerns you may be having. I will explain what to expect before, during, and after your psilocybin journey, including physical and psychological effects. Moving at your pace, we may set one or two one-hour preparation sessions. The intention for these sessions is to establish rapport and to assist your arrival to journey day with as much readiness as possible.
Psilocybin Journey (Administration Session)
A psilocybin journey may take between 4 – 6 hours, depending on the dose and how quickly the body processes it. The journey is generally more internal and does not involve much talking. Most folks typically lay down, with eyes closed, listening to a specially curated music playlist.
While every experience is unique, it is traditionally advised to move toward and stay with the content of the journey rather than trying to escape, even if it is challenging. I trust your innate inner healing intelligence (or Self energy) can accompany you through this experience. I bring my grounded energy as a resource to you in difficult passages of your journey as needed. An analogy I find useful is that of a lighthouse beacon for ships on the ocean in varying weather conditions. You are the captain of your ship, and I am a reliable resource at your service.
Psilocybin Integration Sessions
Psilocybin is not a magic pill that will fix everything. Your active participation in the integration phase is an essential component to achieving your intention and the results you are hoping for. The intention for integration sessions is to support your intuition of incorporating the lessons learned from your journey into your life. The day after your journey, we will meet for your first integration session. We may set two additional one-hour integration sessions, roughly spaced one week apart. It is recommended to schedule additional sessions with your regular support team (therapist, counselor, coach, practitioner, doctor, or others) in the six weeks following your journey to maximize the critical open state that psilocybin offers.

Social Equity / Sliding Scale Pricing:
I offer my services with an honor system of self-assessed pricing on my Social Equity Pricing Scale so that I can be most accessible. If you can pay on the top end (or beyond), those monies will be kept in a reserve for those who need a lower fee or pro bono services. I ask you to look deep inside and be with your parts around your financial needs, generosity, and paying-it-forward. I’m always happy to take gifts of gratitude to be added to this reserve. If you need reduced-cost services, please let me know and we can talk further. Thank you for your consideration.
Beyond my SEPS, I intend to offer 2+ gratis services in my first year to people who identify as BIPOC-AI/AN, LGBTQIA2S+, Veterans, or end-of-life, who may need financial assistance. If this is you, please reach out.
My SEPS has four points with each having a window to slide between: Pay-It-Forward (some dollars above the Standard price – the extra is held in a fund for those who need a reduce rate); Standard (the actual price of my services); and Support (a reduced rate below the Standard price).
Please see the ✦SOCIAL EQUITY PRICING GUIDELINE✦ segment below for assistance with determining your pricing. You select your price and let me know what you want to pay.
Pay-It-Forward = any amount above $1,600
Standard = $1,400 – 1,600
Support = $1,200 – 1,395
Included in Fees [Approximately 12 hours total time]:
- One up to 2-hour Intake and Preparation Session
- Up to two additional 1-hour Preparation Sessions
- Journey Day Support
- Up to three 1-hour Integration Sessions
Billing
- Psilocybin with Taxes are paid only in cash directly to the licensed facility on the day of your journey.
- Room Rental is paid to me, and I pay the licensed facility.
- My Facilitator fees are billed via PayPal. If needed, I can break this payment into three invoices equally divided of the total cost of the journey immediately after your preparation sessions. Full payment of all invoices must be paid in full before journey day. When paying your bill, please only select the “PayPal” option. I do not have Venmo, so do not select that option as it will restrict payment.
✦SOCIAL EQUITY PRICING GUIDELINE✦:
Here is a general guideline about how I currently price my sliding scale and to help you determine where you fall on it. I appreciate your integrity in your self-assessed placement and your consideration to pay-it-forward when you can. Please be mindful that if you purchase a price at the lowest end of the scale when you can truthfully afford the higher prices, you are limiting access to those who truly need the gift of financial flexibility.
- Pay-It-Forward price is some dollars above the actual cost of the journey. I let folks know that if they purchase a journey at this price that they are supporting financial accessibility for those folks lower down on the scale. I’ve gotten a great response to it and folks really like being able to have a journey while easily contributing to my ability to make my services open and accessible to more and more folks.
- The highest dollar cost reflects the true cost of my services. It is the cost that the practitioner would charge all folks in the absence of a sliding scale. If you have access to financial security, own property or have personal savings, you would not traditionally qualify for sliding scale services. If you are able to pay for “wants” and spend little time worried about securing necessities in your life, you have economic privilege and power in our community. This price is for you.
- The middle cost reflects the practitioner’s acknowledgement that paying the full cost would prevent some folks from being able to attend, but who do not honestly find themselves reflected in either descriptions for the highest cost or the lowest. If you are struggling to conquer debt or build savings or move away from paycheck to paycheck living but have access to steady income and are not spending most of your time thinking about meeting basic needs such as food, shelter, medical care, child care, etc., you belong here. If you, however, can ask others for financial support, such as family members, partners, or friends, please consider using those personal resources before you use the resources of the sliding scale and limit opportunities for others.
- The bottom cost represents an honest acknowledgment by the practitioner that there are folks whose economic circumstances would prevent them from being able to have a journey if there was not a deliberate opportunity made for them to access services at a cost that is reflective of their economic realities. If you struggle to maintain access to needs such as health care, housing, food, child care, and are living paycheck to paycheck or are in significant debt, you belong probably belong here and you deserve a community that honors your price as equal an economic offering as the person who can pay the highest tier. If this price is out of reach, let’s talk to see what my Pay-It-Forward account has available.
Typically, there is a limited amount slots for services offered at the middle and lower end of the scale. Please be mindful that if you purchase a price at the lowest end of the scale when you can truthfully afford the higher ticket prices, you are limiting access to those who truly need the gift of financial flexibility. Being honest with yourself and your financial situation when engaging with sliding scale practices grows strong and sustainable communities. It also respects the work of practitioners and creators, like myself. Additionally, when I am paid fairly, I am able to invest more time and resources to free and lower cost offerings. You may find the illustration below useful in consideration of your self-assessed placement for the Social Equity Pricing options.

Oregon Psilocybin Services Overview
“If you get the message, hang up the phone. For psychedelic drugs are simply instruments, like microscopes, telescopes, and telephones. The biologist does not sit with eye permanently glued to the microscope, he goes away and works on what he has seen.” ~ Alan Watts
